On Saturday the 18th of January, we will have all eight top chefs from the Olo Collection and the legendary Markus Maulavirta as our guest chef in Ego’s kitchen.
Each chef will contribute a dish to this exquisite ten-course Chef´s Dinner, showcasing a selection of fish, seafood and desserts. The seafood, harvested at its peak during the heart of winter, reflects the pristine of cold, brisk sea waters.
Our wine experts have carefully curated pairings to complement each course, offering harmonious blend of flavors. Non-alcoholic options are also available upon request, ensuring that every guest can enjoy an impeccable dining experience.
