Black truffles are a concept that cannot be imagined without French cuisine. And it’s undeniable that the mouth waters at the thought of the delicious, umami-like flavour of truffles. But luckily they are now available!

We’re celebrating Truffle Week from 4 to 15 February with our special truffle menu.

Our black winter truffles come to us directly from the Maison Pébeyre, a truffle farm established in 1897 in the South West of France. Each truffle is hand-picked and verified. The quality of these truffles is well illustrated by the fact that they are known as the black diamonds of Périgord.
